Academy Awards 2011 Winners
The OSCARSw were handed out last night, with hosts Anne Hathaway and James Franco... Here's the list of the winners and some memorable moments from the night.
Be on the look-out for my FASHION POLICE report. How'd I do with my predictions?!
MY THOUGHTS ON THE HOSTS - I thought the hype around the host lead to a bit of disappointment. I think where they really shined were the pre-taped segments. I thought that James Franco seemed distant, aloof and just in general not really present in the moment. But on the opposite spectrum, Anne Hathaway seemed giddy, excited and definitely walked the line of being too over the top (I think she seemed genuine which I actually enjoyed). They had some really good moments though... like this one:
Plus, Franco's grand-mother totally stole the first segment with this:
"I just saw Marky Mark!"
